Babies and Hot Flashes was created to encourage people to foster/adopt children in all of the 50 states' foster care programs. There are so many children, of all ages, in need of a good home with people who will love them, and by doing so will change their lives!

We also hope to offer support, and receive support, to those of us who have already fostered/adopted children, are grandparents raising young grandchildren, or are just old parents raising very young children without much support! Through our personal blog we tell our own story, all the joys and tears, of coming to the decision to adopt, the whole process of training, licensing, and having our sons placed with us.

Lastly, we offer some carefully chosen, high quality products that have helped us so much with our own boys we wanted to share them!
